Aletta

The hardware for horizontal sliding doors in one plane.

Aletta is the hardware for a horizontally sliding door that lies in one plane when closed. An obvious solution to close off an area in front of the TV above the fireplace. The system consists of a drive module that can move a panel of up to 70 kg with soft start and stop. The application can be used for both left and right sliding doors.

The drive module and guide fittings: the heart of the system.

The Aletta system consists, on the one hand, of HAWA's Planfront suspension hardware and, on the other, of a drive module developed by Vanbot BV. When opening, the module pulls the door panel behind the fixed panel and when closing, the module pushes the panel back into the same plane. The system can be offered for left-hand and right-hand doors.

A double module with a carriage to the left and a carriage to the right is also possible. In this case, a door moves simultaneously to the left and to the right.

The upper guide rails carry the door with two idlers, each running in a rail.

The bottom rail guides door and is single-ended. Only a rail is milled into the bottom at the shortest corner for a nicer-looking result.
